Wacky Wednesday:

Here's a great tip for cleaning your shower head with no elbow grease! Tie a sandwich baggy of vinegar around the shower head and leave it over night, the vinegar will clean everything off with no scrubbing!

Avoid the common cold this season.

Good cleaning habits can help avoid a cold this season. Follow these simple steps to help ward off colds

1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick, when your feeling sick keep your distance from others to prevent spreading the germs.

2. Stay home when your sick, if possible stay home from work, school and errands preventing the spread of your illness.

3. Cover your mouth and nose, covering your mouth and nose when you are sick can help prevent spreading the illness.

Wacky Wednesday Cleaning Tip!

Wacky Wednesday Cleaning Tip:
You can clean a gum from fabrics with ice. Simply rub the gum with an ice cube until the gumt freezes or just put the garment in the freezer and wait for an hour. When the gum is hard enough you can scrape it outof the fabric.. Have fun getting out of this sticky situation!

Wacky Wednesday Cleaning Tip:

If your little ones have gotten finger smudges on your walls or there seem to be stubborns marks that won’t
wipe away with good old soap and water, there’s no need to fret.

All you have to do is take a piece of semi-stale white bread and remove the crusts. Then, roll it into a ball. Next wipe the wall with a soft cloth. Finally, rub the bread roll over the smudge and watch it erase away.

Similar to brand name erasers, white bread is absorbent and spongy allowing it to do just as good of a job without spending as much money.

  • Vacuum and spot-clean upholstered furniture and cushions
